Grammar Checker AI ("the app," "we," "us") is a macOS application developed by [Developer / Company Name] that helps you check grammar, spelling, and clarity in text you provide. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

We do not otherwise sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Text submitted for an AI check is processed to generate a response and is not permanently stored on our server. Your check history lives only on your device, for as long as you keep it there. Rate-limiting records (IP-based counters) are kept only briefly and automatically expire.
Grammar Checker AI is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at Baithek2020@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Data sent between the app and our server is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Our server endpoint requires an application-level authentication token to limit automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you are located, using the app may involve transferring your text to servers located in [your server's country] and to Anthropic's servers for processing, which may be located in a different country than your own.
